1- Think Positive

There will always be some people who are better than you and some are the best. Learn from them the trends, new techniques, tools, best practices and strategies and befriend them and collaborate with them. Always educate yourself and create a culture of education with your team if you have a team and encourage your team and your community to invest in education. 

4- Bring into practice what you have learned

Apply and test what you learn to identify what works best for you and what needs to be improved. Repeat what works. Rinse and tweak what needs improvement. Spend more time putting in practice what you have learned. Putting into practice what you have learned solidifies the process and acquisition of technical and social skills.

5- Start Networking

Exchange ideas with and get access to new ideas and information from  others through networking and leverage the value of collaboration and teamwork. Step outside your comfort zone and build invaluable social skills and self-confidence by meeting new people. Give networking a try to gain new and improve old skills by avoiding the mistake of trying at all.Help other people is one of the most important benefits of networking that people seem to overlook.Helping someone else or your community with their goals can be truly rewarding.
